In the upcoming Amazon Great Indian Festival sale, iPhone 11 will be available under Rs 50,000. A banner running on Amazon’s website states that the handset will be selling at “Rs 4_999,” which means it will be priced below Rs 50,000 for the first time. For those unaware, the iPhone 11 ranked as the highest-selling smartphone in the world during the first half of 2020 as per a report by analytics company Omdia.
Readers must note that the price of an iPhone under Rs 50,000 is likely to be for the base variant that offers 64GB storage. The other two variants with 128GB and 256GB storage are likely to be priced higher than Rs 50,000.
As for the Amazon sale, while the company has announced its annual festive sale it is yet to announce the exact dates. However, most likely it will start from the midnight of October 17. Amazon Prime members may get early access.
iPhone 11 Price and specs
Currently, iPhone 11 is available at a starting price of Rs 68,300 on Amazon India’s website in six colour options — Purple, White, Black, Yellow, Red and Green.
In terms of specs, the iPhone 11 offers a 6.1-inch Liquid Retina HD LCD display and comes powered by A13 Bionic chip. It houses a dual camera setup on the back of 12MP sensors and a single 12MP TrueDepth front camera.
